SURF TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This agreement is entered into between Adrian Pacer Rodriguez (Nordes Surfhouse), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer,” and the participant(s) of the surf trip, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant.”
1. Trip Details:
The surf trip will take place in Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Mexico, from reserved dates by the Participants between the range of 17.01.2024 to 31.03.2024. The Organizer will provide surf guiding, accommodations, and other services as outlined in the trip itinerary.
2. Booking and Payment:
a. The Participant is required to make a non-refundable deposit of the full trip amount to secure a spot on the surf trip. This deposit must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation.
b. Payments can be made via Paypal and/or bank transfer, and the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Participant’s reservation if payment is not received by the specified date.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. The deposit made by the Participant is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation unless the organizer says otherwise.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Participant will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule.
4. Participant Responsibilities:
a. The Participant is responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports and visas.
b. The Participant is responsible for their own health and safety during the trip and should inform the Organizer of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
5. Code of Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations and to respect the customs and traditions of the host country.
b. The use of illegal substances and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the trip with no refund.
6. Liability and Waiver:
a. The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Participant during the trip.
b. The Participant is required to sign a waiver releasing the Organizer from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.
7. Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that Participants obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen belongings.
8. Changes to Itinerary:
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible
